1.No belts

The ordinary air cushion machine adopts a heat-insulating conveyor belt, which is made of glass fiber cloth. It is to prevent the heating wire from sticking to the bubble film and achieve the effect of heat insulation. However, high temperature friction will cause the belt to break and age when used frequently, so it needs to be replaced frequently.

2.Heating system

In the heating system, the general air-cushion machine adopts the heating wire heating sheet, but it will cause difficulties in the installation of components to a certain extent in the process of winding and installation. The heating wire is easy to be oxidized and aged, and the service life is not long.

The temperature control of the heating wire is not accurate, so it cannot directly contact the bubble film, which is prone to overheating and sticking, so it needs to be used with an insulating belt. However, frequent heating and friction with the belt will cause the heating wire to be damaged.

3.Motor

Generally, the motor of the air cushion machine mostly uses a brushed synchronous motor. This kind of brushed synchronous motor is used in the braking system of the general air cushion machine because of its simple structure and low price.

However, it uses carbon brushes to conduct electricity, which is easy to generate sparks, has a short life, and can only work for more than 1,000 to 2,000 hours due to carbon brush wear. Professional after-sales personnel are often required for replacement, which not only increases the cost of replacement parts, but also increases after-sales costs.

On the motor, we use a stepper motor, which is a brushless motor. It has the characteristics of small size and long life, and can be used for more than 10,000 hours! Frequent replacement of motors can be avoided, saving parts replacement costs and after-sales costs!
