Air cushion machine is a kind of bubble filling equipment that uses plastic film as a cushioning material. Now it is popular among many industries. Many customers do not know how to use the air bubble machin. Sometimes, air cushion film machine runs off or jams due to incorrect operation for starter users. Now we will explain how to use the four air cushion packaging machine WIAIR currently on sale, WIAIR 1000, WIAIR 3000+, WIAIR 1200 and WIAIR 3800.

1.1 Remove the machine from the package box carefully.

    1.2 Put the machine in the clean and flat working table, Refer fig. A.

    1.3 Ensure the air blower and air nozzle is no jammed. Refer fig. 1.

    1.4 To avoid the dust run into the machine and air blower.

2.1 Connect the correct electrical power. Refer fig. 2.

2.2 Installation of film roll.

    2.2.1 The bubble film should be cut with a scissors in the lower right corner before loading the film, Refer fig. B.

    2.2.2 Put the roll film on the feeding roller properly. There is a groove in the roll film.That should align to the feeding roller protruding part. Refer fig. 3.

    2.2.3 The roll feeding direction to pass through to the tension column, Refer fig. 4.

    2.2.4 The roll film pass through to the tension column and open the roll film tensioner to un-lock position. And press to lock position when roll film is pass through to the tension roller properly. Refer fig. 5.

    2.2.5 Roller film  pass through the nozzle guide post. Refer fig. 6.

    2.2.6 Pulling the roll film to close enough and touch just right between the hot sealing wheels to ensure when push start button the machine can pull out film till reach the front pulling wheels, and start making air cushion smoothly. Refer fig. 7,8.    

    2.3.1 Connecting the electrical power, and press the power switch , Refer fig. 9.

    2.3.1 After power on the machine, the power indicator red light will go on and green light start to flashing, the machine is under heating processing (The warm up time around 4 mins).

    2.3.2 When green light is solid on that mean  machine is ready to making air cushion,  then press the start / pause  button to start.

    2.3.3 When finish making air cushion, press the start/pause button again, machine will stop immediately. There is a perforation line on the film to tear off the necessary length for your requirement.

    2.3.4 Air density setting: Various cushion sizes are available to meet different packaging requirements, You can use the pressing setting knob to set up the air density to meet you need. Please adjust the suitable air pressure to get best air cushion performance. Too much air pressure will result jam or bad air  cushion performance (Remark: " A" area is suggest for 200mm width film and " B" area is suggest for 400mm width film). Refer fig. 10.

    2.3.5 If continuous to using the machine, press the start/pause button when machine indicator is in solid on condition. Pause for more than 30 secs may cause film within hot rollers in a hot spot break. This is a normal condition as the hot roller always in a heating process.

    2.3.6 If want to power off, please make sure power indicator is in solid on condition, tear off the film performation line ahead the air nozzle, and push start/pause button to eject the film completely, and push the start/pause button again to stop the machine,  then you can turn off the power stwitch.
